Prom season is much busier, so if you’d like additional time or are shopping with friends or family, please book an appointment to save your spot and guarantee a fitting room.

Do I need an appointment to try on dresses?

Short formal season is walk-in friendly—no appointment needed! If you’d like extra time or want to come with a group, you can still book a fitting.

Prom season is much busier, so if you’d like additional time or are shopping with friends or family, please book an appointment to save your spot and guarantee a fitting room.

What should I bring?

Bring shoes with a little heel (3–4 inches) so we can check the hem length better.

How do you protect your gowns?

Please come with clean, dry skin. Avoid lotions, oils, or spray tans right before your visit so our dresses stay beautiful.

Can I just stop by?

Yes! Walk-ins are welcome but If you’d like a more private time, you can book a fitting ahead.

What are your hours?

Monday-Friday by appointment.

Saturday 10–3

Sunday 1–5

*Prom gowns are best shopped by appointment to ensure personalized assistance and fitting room availability.

Do you accept cash or checks?

Emma’s Formal is a cash-free boutique. We accept all major debit and credit cards.
