Appointment Guidelines:

Short formal season(HOCO & Winter Formal) is walk-in friendly.

PROM season is much busier, please book an appointment to save your spot and guarantee a fitting room. Prom appointments are 45 minutes and free to book.

Our fitting area is cozy, so we kindly ask that you only bring 1-2 guests to your prom appointment.

For the privacy and comfort of our customers, the dressing room area is reserved for girls and their parent or guardian only. (Male guests will need to wait outside the fitting room area) This helps us create the best experience for all customers.

Try-ons are for serious shoppers only. We kindly ask guests arrive ready to purchase if they find “the one”.

What should I bring?

Bring shoes with a little heel (3–4 inches) so we can check the prom gown hem length.

Dress Try-On Guidelines:

A stylist will assist with zipping and tying gowns to protect closures and corsets.

Minimal makeup and clean heels are recommended to keep gowns in perfect condition.

What are your hours?

Flexible Private Fitting Appointments are available Monday-Sunday.

Same day appointment requests may be available.

Saturday 10–3 pm
Sunday 1– 4 pm

Appointments are 45 minutes and FREE to book.

Seasonal Walk-in Hours as of 3/1/2026 are:

Saturday 3-5 pm & Sunday 4-6 pm.

Walk-in availability is limited, so reserving an appointment is highly recommended for the best experience.

Do you accept cash or checks?

Emma’s Formal is a cash-free boutique. We accept all major debit and credit cards.
Cash and checks are not accepted, thank you for understanding!

What is your refund policy?

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges.

It is recommended that all shoppers under the age of 18 have a parent or guardian present at time of purchase. Please ensure that all decision-makers are present or have approved the gown prior to checkout. Thank you.
